1.3?!?!

I love this game without a doubt its one of the best games out the events bosses and weapons there all amazing but wheres the new update its been over 4 months since it came out and still its not out and for people saying get it on pc or console I cant I have a chromebook which runs android apps so if terraria doesnt get updated on mobile I cant play 1.3 on my computer and 1.3 isnt even out for console at least not for my PS3 plz come out with the new update I want all the new stuff and challenges besides all of that the game is great and still is but again wheres 1.3????????
