ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!?!?!???!

This has been one of my favorite games for almost 4 years now and 3 times it has ruined my character. I will list the 3 things that have screwed my game:

1)A mysterious unnamed character appeared in place of my normal character. I deleted it and everything was restored.

2)The same character was gone when I logged on. A message popped up saying my character was moved, please upgrade or something like that. I never saw that character again.

3)My new character lost all of his items when I put them in a chest. On cloud save and local too.

Please fix all this. Thanks.
